Challenge
The route of attention to the population in a situation of displacement contains a lot of legal and technical information that is confusing for users and this makes it difficult for this population to access their rights.
How did we solve it?
We studied in depth all the information about the institutions that were part of this route of services and created RIGHTS TO THE RIGHT, an animation that shows the history of Chucho and Rosa and that describes in a clear and organized way the route they must follow and the institutions that will serve them.
Achievements
Our animation became a fundamental work tool for government institutions and their care programs for this population. It was also used as a key instruction for the population in Care and Orientation Units throughout the country.
